It was a golden day for the Indian contingent in the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham. The women’s lawn bowls team created history by winning the first-ever gold in the history of the sport at the Commonwealth Games. Later on, the men’s table tennis team also defeated Singapore in the finals of their respective events.
