Chennai managed to win their second game of the Indian T20 league 2022 as they beat Mumbai by three wickets on Thursday. It was an absolute thriller as the game went up to the last ball. Besides, as this match was between two of the most successful teams in the history of this league, the stakes were high.

However, MS Dhoni kept his cool like he always does, and finished the game in style. While Chennai required 16 runs to win from the final four balls, the legend showed everyone why he is widely regarded as one of the greatest finishers of all time. He ended up scoring an unbeaten 28 from 13 balls.

His cameo took the world by storm as several fans took to Twitter to appreciate it. As a matter of fact, many popular names praised the "Thala" for his knock. One of them happened to be Anand Mahindra. While replying to a Tweet of Star Sports, he stated that he was glad to have "Mahi" in "Mahindra".

"Well, all I can say is that I’m glad we have the letters MAHI in Mahi-ndra! šŸ’ŖšŸ½šŸ˜ƒ #MSDhoni Awesome finish." read Anand Mahindra's Tweet. Thus, his reply instantly went viral. People loved his wit. Chennai's official Twitter handle replied to his Tweet as well.

"And we have Anand-am in our šŸ’›!" read Chennai's reply. It is to be noted that "Anandam" in Tamil means happiness. As far as the game is concerned, Mukesh Choudhary was at his absolute best as he took three wickets in his three overs. This ensured that Mumbai suffer a batting collapse early on during their innings itself.

However, they still got to 155-7 in the first innings. Due to which, they were able to give a tough fight, and took the game to the last ball. However, Jaydev Unadkat failed to defend 17 runs in six balls and thus, they lost their seventh consecutive game. It is to be noted that Mumbai became the first team to lose their first seven games of a season.
