With his 360-degree approach to batting and several records set in T20I cricket, Suryakumar Yadav consistently steals the show and rises to the highest spot on the rankings for the format.

However, the Indian batsman is currently making news for his poor ODI bat performance, which even led to him setting an unfavorable record. During India’s third game against Australia in Chennai, the Mumbai batter became the first Indian batsman to record three straight golden ducks in ODIs.

Take a look at the five Indian players who got three consecutive ducks in ODI cricket :

1) Anil Kumble

Anil Kumble, a former Indian cricket captain and coach, tallied three straight ducks in 1996. Kumble scored the first pair of ducks in May 1996 against England and the third duck in September 1996 against Australia.

Anil Kumble might be hurt with such a record to his name considering he has a Test century to his name but he was lower end batter and one who can change the course of the game just by holding his ground and not giving away his wicket which is crucial sometimes for the team.
