One of the senior Indian Cricket Board officials also said that it is quite tough to predict a specific date for the return of Jasprit Bumrah. He said: “It is difficult to set a return date. Once he recovers from surgery, he will undergo rehab and only when the rehab ends, we will know when he can come back.” However, fans were expecting to see him in action for the Mumbai franchise in the Indian T20 League 2023. But, now it has been reported that he will miss the league and the World Test Championship final if India manage to get qualified.
