Jasprit Bumrah is still recovering from the back injury that ruled him out of maximum matches in 2022 for team India. He missed big tournaments like the 20-20 World Cup and Asia Cup for the Men in Blue. However, as per recent reports, Bumrah went under a successful surgery in New Zealand.

The report reads: “Jasprit Bumrah left for New Zealand five days ago to undergo back surgery. After doctors advised Bumrah to undergo surgery, the Indian Cricket Board immediately made all the arrangements and sent him. The surgery will be carried out in a day or two.” According to Cricbuzz’s report, Bumrah went through a successful back surgery and has been doing good.

One of the senior Indian Cricket Board officials also said that it is quite tough to predict a specific date for the return of Jasprit Bumrah. He said: “It is difficult to set a return date. Once he recovers from surgery, he will undergo rehab and only when the rehab ends, we will know when he can come back.” However, fans were expecting to see him in action for the Mumbai franchise in the Indian T20 League 2023. But, now it has been reported that he will miss the league and the World Test Championship final if India manage to get qualified.

Now, a video has gone viral all over the internet where a disabled bowler was seen bowling while using a stick for support. Seeing that, fans went crazy and lauded that bowler for his whole-hearted effort. They even trolled Bumrah and asked him to take some lessons from him.
