Prithvi Shaw is having a horror of a time in his life. Recently, he made headlines with his viral ‘wifey’ Instagram story with his rumoured girlfriend. However, he clarified later that his account might be got hacked. Now, on 16 February 2023, a report came out that Prithvi Shaw and his friend got attacked by eight people outside a five-star hotel in Mumbai.

However, the Oshiwara police has booked those eight people on 15 February for attacking the cricketer’s friend’s car outside of a five-star hotel in Mumbai. Shaw’s friend Ashish Surendra Yadav made a complaint and according to that, those people attacked the car with baseball nets.

He also added that those accused people also followed their car and accused them of false cases if money was not given. Prithvi Shaw visited the five-star hotel in Santacruz for dinner. There, those people came for a selfie and Shaw gave them the selfie. After that, again those accused people returned for another set of selfies. But, the Mumbai batter refused. Prithvi Shaw said that he came to have food with his friends. Therefore, he does not want to get disturbed. Still, those people were insisting, and hence, Shaw’s friend called the manager of the hotel and complained about them.  

After that, the hotel manager asked them to get out of the hotel. However, that did not go well with those accused as they were waiting outside with baseball bats. They vandalised Shaw’s friend’s BMW car and they smashed the front and rear windows of the vehicle. The Mumbai batter was in the car but his friend managed to send Shaw in a different car. Finally, Shaw’s friend’s car stopped near Jogeshwari’s Lotus petrol pump. There, a lady demanded Rs 50, 000 and said that she will file false charges if the amount is not paid. 

After that, Yadav went to file a complaint at Oshiwara Police Station. Police have booked eight people while those two accused were Sana alias Sapna Gill and Shobhit Thakur. After hearing such news, fans went crazy and shared their views on the social media platform.
