Virat Kohli, a star for the RCB, responded forcefully to RR's sad defeat while the team was celebrating the victory in the dressing room. As a result of RCB and KKR winning their respective games against RR and CSK on Sunday, four teams—RCB, RR, KKR, and PBKS—manage the same number of points. Delhi Capitals becomes the first team to be eliminated from playoff contention this season.

The RCB team was ecstatic after winning the game by a wide margin, and in a popular video the team shared on Twitter, they celebrated in the locker room with amusing reactions and remarks. RCB added captions to the video, "Dressing Room Reactions RR v RCB. A near-perfect game, 2 points in the bag, positive NRR - that sums up the satisfying victory in Jaipur. Parnell, Siraj, Maxwell, Bracewell, and Anuj take us through the events that transpired and the road ahead." In the video, Virat Kohli appeared to be making fun of RR, saying, "If I had bowled, they would have been all out for 40."

Yashasvi Jaiswal, the RR opener and a hitter in good form, was dismissed off the first delivery of the chase, and after that, wickets continued to fall as Rajasthan was only able to play for 10.3 overs.

Karn Sharma claimed two wickets in just nine deliveries, followed by Michael Bracewell (2-off-16 in three overs), as the RCB bowlers wreaked havoc on the RR innings. Wayne Parnell picked up three wickets for 10 runs in his three overs.

While RR will travel to the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, to play PBKS on Friday in their last league game, RCB will play SRH at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Thursday, followed by their home game against the defending champions GT on Sunday.
