Naveen-ul-Haq, an Afghanistan fast bowler, hasn't completely moved on from his altercation with former Indian captain Virat Kohli. During the 54th match of the Indian Premier League 2023, between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Naveen posted two stories on his Instagram account. Naveen related one story following Kohli's in-game dismissal and another following RCB's defeat. Both of these Naveen anecdotes quickly gained popularity among his followers.

On May 1, during the match between the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and RCB, Naveen and Kohli saw a violent fight on the pitch. Even after this fight has been over for more than a week, there is still a social media war between the two players.

In the description of the post he shared on his Instagram account about RCB's loss, Naveen wrote Sweet Mangoes. Let us remind you that Virat Kohli previously produced an Instagram story on Gujarat Titans' triumph against LSG. The right-hander applauded Rashid Khan's outstanding catch as well as Wriddhiman Saha's superb performance.

The Indian Premier League's LSG vs. RCB rivalry was also sparked by the animosity between the cricketers from the two teams. LSG and RCB engaged in two matches. In the first match, Lucknow prevailed in a nail-biting thriller by one wicket, while RCB triumphed in the rematch. Meanwhile, the fans can witness a trilogy clash if both teams qualify for the playoffs but it won't be easy for RCB as they have lost 6 matches out of 11 and can't afford any more losses now.

It has been a little more challenging for RCB to make the playoffs after the 6-wicket loss to MI. RCB is currently ranked seventh in the points table despite having won just 5 of its first 11 games. In addition to winning their final three games, RCB will now have to rely on the outcomes of other matches. On the other hand, MI have jumped from the 8th to the 3rd spot in the points table and has become one of the contenders who can qualify for playoffs.
