India and South Africa are locking horns in the second of the three-match T20I series at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati. But apart from the action of the match, something else has made it to the headlines of the media from the ongoing match between two teams. In a shocking moment during the match, a snake entered into the ground when both teams were in action. A couple of South African players point it out to KL Rahul and the on-field umpires. The ground staff rush in with the necessary equipment and it's been all sorted in a couple of minutes.

It all happened after the end of the seventh over of the innings when the Indian team was at the score of 68 runs for the loss of no wickets.

Here’s the video of the incident:

Speaking of the match so far, then the opening pair of skipper Rohit Sharma and senior batter KL Rahul has given a brilliant start of 94 runs for the first wicket in nine overs. Till the time this news is written, KL Rahul is playing on an individual score of 47 runs whereas the skipper has scored 42 runs so far.

Notably, the men in blue are currently leading the series with a margin of 1-0 after a massive win of eight wickets in the first match of the series. Apart from this, Indian camo has also faced a major blow as the senior pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the ongoing T20I series due to an injury he sustained in the back part of his region.

It is the last T20I assignment for Rohit’s men ahead of the 20-20 World Cup 2022. Just after the conclusion of this series, India will play the three-match ODI series against the Proteas.
