India and Pakistan are all set to face each other in the Asia Cup 2022 during the second match of the tournament. Both teams will play this match on the 28th of August at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Notably, it is the first time these two Asian giants face each other after the T20 World Cup 2021.

Recently, a similar video has been posted by the Pakistan Cricket Board on their official Twitter handle. In this video Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma can be seen meeting with his Pakistani counterpart and talented batter, Babar Azam. Rohit and Babar are in a conversation with each other in this video.

In the video, Rohit Sharma hilariously asked Babar Azam to get married soon. "Bhai Shadi Kar lo," said Rohit Babar during the conversation.

India to face Pakistan and Hongkong in the Group A

Indians will be eyeing to clear off their account with the men in green for the last defeat they faced in the T20 World Cup 2021. In that match, Pakistan won by a massive margin of 10 wickets. They completely outplayed the Virat Kohli-led team India. Interestingly, it was also the first time when Pakistan defeated the Indians in any match of either of the World Cups.

Although, the tournament is set to kick off within a few hours with the first match between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Both teams are grouped in Group A. The third team in Group A is Hongkong. Hongkong has qualified for the tournament after winning the qualifiers.

Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh are the three teams in Group B. The knock-out round of the tournament will be played in Sharjah. The Indian team is the defending team of the Asia Cup.
