WATCH: Ravindra Jadeja blows currency notes while celebrating his wife's victory in Gujarat elections

Star Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is in the headlines of social media for the last couple of months since his wife was nominated as the BJP candidate for the Gujarat Elections of 2022. Subsequently, Jadeja's wife Rivaba Jadeja ended up winning her seat in the elections. Notably, BJP gave a ticket to Mrs. Jadeja from the Jamnagar North constituency of the Gujarat Assembly.

Recently, a video is making rounds on social media. In the video, Jadeja can be seen celebrating his wife's victory in quite a bit unique way. The 34-year-old was seen blowing currency notes on the band masters who were present there during the celebration.

The video of this moment is now viral and fans are also reacting with different opinions on the same. It was posted by a Mumbai-based BJP leader on his official Twitter handle.

Talking about cricket, Ravindra Jadeja is not in action in international cricket for the last couple of months since he was ruled out of the Asia Cup 2022 due to a knee injury. Subsequently, he was also ruled out of the 20-20 World Cup 2022. Jadeja played a last international match for India during the Asia Cup 2022 against Pakistan when the former won by five wickets in a close contest.

Now, fans are hoping Jadeja to be fit for the upcoming four-match Test series against Australia in February as it would be a very crucial series for the Indian team to secure their place in the final of the World Test Championship.
