Any person associated with cricket directly or indirectly goes on to become a popular figure in India. Even those who don't play the game, but speak about it are icons in the country. This includes Harsha Bhogle, who is arguably one of the greatest cricket analysts going around.

Often considered as the "voice of cricket", several people admire him. Recently, a scary incident involving him managed to scare one and all. While being part of a live session on Instagram with a page called ‘CricketsportwalkIN’, Bhogle suddenly disappeared from the screen.

It seemed as if he had lost control of his phone. During this incident, he was also heard screaming. Everyone was confused and baffled at the same time. Even the host of the show didn't know what was happening. Thus, this led to a lot of panic among the viewers, as well as the fans.

The host attempted to calm the viewers by calling it a ‘minor inconvenience’. However, several fans took to social media to enquire about Bhogle. They were worried for him, and tried to decipher the situation. This resulted in the video going viral as well.

After a while, Bhogle took to Twitter to clarify that everything was fine with him. He revealed that this was a part of a promo, and was done deliberately by him. After apologising, he thanked everyone for their love and concern.

“I am fine. Sorry to have got a lot of you worried. Thank you for the love and concern. It became more viral than I anticipated. That too is a learning. It was meant to lead to something else. Sorry. And cheers,” read Harsha Bhogle's Tweet. He then put up another Tweet, where he expressed his embarrassment.

“You learn something new every day. It seemed a lighthearted thing to do but, in its execution, it became something that I didn’t think it would. I am actually a bit embarrassed now,” it read.
