The Indian Premier League's El Clasico matchup between the Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is just one day away, and preparations are already underway. MS Dhoni, the captain of CSK, took a break from practice before the match to visit Rohit Sharma and company in the MI dugout.

Ishan Kishan was also met by the 41-year-old, and they spoke briefly. Several members of the CSK team, such as Ravindra Jadeja and DJ Bravo, enjoyed interacting with the MI players during the practises. The CSK are in Mumbai for the game, which will be held at the venerable Wankhede Stadium, it should be mentioned.

Before the game, authorities of the Mumbai Cricket Association decided to felicitate the World Cup-winning captain in a special manner. They renamed a seat of the stands where Dhoni hit the final six to win the 2011 ODI World Cup final after the great Dhoni.

Sachin Tendulkar, a former legend of India and the Mumbai Indians, arrived at the Wankhede. In his conversation with the MI team, The Master Blaster offered their captain Rohit Sharma some insightful batting counsel.

MI, led by Rohit Sharma, lost to Royal Challengers Bangalore in their season debut. The five-time IPL champions reached 171 runs thanks to the remarkable unbeaten 84-run performance by Tilak Varma. Nevertheless, the bowling misfired horribly as the exploits of Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli propelled RCB to a straightforward victory.
