Star Indian batting sensation Suryakumar Yadav is enjoying the form of his life in the shortest format of the game. He has proved it once again in the ongoing second of the three-match T20I series against New Zealand. The 32-year-old has smashed a swashbuckling century in just 49 balls. SKY has registered 11 boundaries and seven sixes to his name in the Indian innings.

Indian fans are extremely overjoyed with another million-dollar performance from the World's number-one T20I batter. They took to Twitter to shower praises on the Mumbai-born Indian batting prodigy. Notably, Surya scored his century with a strike rate of more than 200.

Interestingly, it would not be an exaggeration to say that it was the one-man show for India in the second T20I of the three-match series.

Furthermore, talking about the match, India posted a total of 191 runs for the loss of six wickets in the allotted 20 overs. While opening the innings, young wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan played a knock of 36 runs off 31 balls with five boundaries and a six to his name.

Following this, the came a storm of SKY in the match, he smashed the Kiwi bowlers in every corner of the ground. Surya ended up registering an individual score of 111 runs off just 51 balls. Other than Surya and Ishan Kishan, none of the Indian batters crossed an individual mark of 20+ runs.

Senior Kiwi pacer Tim Southee impressed everyone in his very last over by taking a hat trick. He scalped the wickets of Indian skipper Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda, and Washington Sundar.

Other than Southee, Lockie Ferguson also scalped two wickets by conceding 49 runs in his quota of four overs. Spinner Ish Sodhi also claimed a wicket by conceding 35 runs in his quota of four overs.
