Talking about cricket, KL Rahul was recently on the receiving end of trolls for his miserable performance in the 20-20 World Cup 2022. He could score only 128 runs in six innings of the tournament with a below-par average of 21.33. The 30-year-old could register only two half-centuries and that too against lower-ranked teams like Zimbabwe and Bangladesh.

KL Rahul to be back in action at India's tour of Bangladesh

Now, he will be back in action with the Indian team during the Bangladesh tour where the Rohit Sharma-led Indians will play the three-match ODI series followed by a two-match Test series against the Bangla tigers. The Test series between India and Bangladesh will be a part of the World Test Championship 2023.

The senior players including the likes of skipper Rohit Sharma alongside KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli are not a part of the Indian squad during the ongoing tour of New Zealand. Hardik Pandya-led team India has won the three-match T20I series by a margin of 1-0. Now the men in blue will lock horns with the hosts in the first ODI on the 25th of November.
