Virat Kohli once again failed to do justice to his ability in the third and final ODI against England on July 17. With the bat, he could only score 17 runs. The fans were disappointed as they were expecting him to get a big score in the deciding game of the series. Just like the second ODI, Kohli started well with three fours, and was looking good, to say the least.

Once again, he was caught behind chasing an outside off-stump delivery. Now, there are a lot of Kohli critics who have started trolling him. After all, after the South Africa tour, he has managed to score only two fifties, and that too in the Indian T20 League 2022. Apart from that, another fifty came in a warm-up game against Leicestershire.

His inability to score substantial runs is something which is bothering the Indian fans. He has been struggling for quite a while now. Talking about his batting in the UK tour, he is repeatedly getting troubled around the off-stump. He got out two times in the same area in the rescheduled fifth Test early this month. In the two games of the T20I series and as many games in the ODI series, the same problem persisted.

This is the reason why he is getting a big score. The opposition bowlers are targeting him in the area and are on top of him every time. During the T20I and ODI series, the right-hander could only manage 12 and 34 runs respectively. As the series is done with India winning by 2-1, the former skipper has been rested for the limited-overs series against the West Indies. Meanwhile, the fans aren't letting on trolling Virat.
