Recently, a similar incident happened former legendary Pakistani all-rounder Shahid Afridi was speaking on a joint show of two channels, Aaj Tak of India and Samaa TV of Pakistan.

Former veteran Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was also a part of the discussion before the match between India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup.

During the show, Afridi made a statement that really triggered the Indian cricket fans but an Indian journalist of Aaj Tak and Harbhajan Singh laughed at that joke delivered by Afridi.

Basically, Afridi made fun of former veteran Indian opener Gautam Gambhir,

“Fans talk about any kind of fight between me and Gambhir, I really don’t think so. It is because even many players of the Indian team don’t like Gautam Gambhir,” said Afridi in his statement.

Aajtak’s anchor who was sitting alongside Harbhajan Singh laughed at this joke. Although this reaction from the veteran sports journalist and even Harbhajan didn’t go down well with the Indian cricket fans. They lashed out at the senior journalist and former off-spinner too. Fans went on to say that these TV journalists can do anything just for the sake of meager TRP.
