The 7th match of the 14th edition of IPL saw Rajasthan Royals defeat Delhi Capitals by three wickets. After the match, Sanju addressed the team in the dressing room to appreciate their effort and congratulate them for RR’s first victory. Meanwhile, wicketkeeper-batsman also entertained the players owing to his impromptu addition of Bhai (brother) to Buttler’s first name.

While speaking about his captaincy, Sanju expressed gratitude towards England star Jos Buttler for guiding him throughout the game and helping him in taking crucial decisions. Thanking Buttler, Samson referred to him as ‘Bhai which was soon picked by other players and they shared a laugh over the same.

In fact, in the video uploaded on RR’s Twitter handle, the franchise made a rap regarding Sanju Samson calling Jos Buttler Bhai and all the players and other support staff members can be seen grooving on the same.

“I really enjoyed the intensity in the ground today, and as Sanga said I was able to make some really good decisions” Sanju was seen addressing the team in the dressing room in a video posted by Rajasthan Royals on social media. “That was only possible because Jos bhai really helped me,” Sanju said in the video uploaded by RR.

As far as the game is concerned, Jaydev Unadkat emerged as the wrecker-in-chief for the Royals in the first innings as he took three wickets while bowling at an economy rate of 3.8. Jaydev’s exploits resulted in RR restricting DC to a below-average total of 147 runs.

Chasing 148, RR got off to a torrid start but David Miller and Chris Morris played sublime knocks of 62 off 43 and 36 off 18 respectively to propel the team towards victory.
