Harbhajan Singh has been a great servant for team India across all three formats. He played a crucial role in India’s 20-20 World Cup victory in 2007. While he was a part of the team when the Men in Blue won the 50-over World Cup in 2011. Speaking about his career, Harbhajan Singh played 103 Tests where he took 417 wickets in 190 innings.

Apart from that, he took 269 wickets in 227 ODI innings and grabbed 25 wickets in 27 T20I innings. Now, he came up with a tweet over Australia’s preparation for the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy while replying to a tweet from Wasim Jaffer. The Aussies are currently in Bengaluru, having a four-day training camp at the KSCA Stadium at Alur.

Fans were not happy with Harbhajan Singh regarding his recent tweet  

Australia have denied any practice or tour games before the series this time around. Instead of that, in this ongoing camp in Alur, the KSCA curators prepared the pitch in such a way that it would turn square as it wears down. Reports also came out that they are studying footage of Axar Patel. They even hired a young Indian spinner who was bowling at the nets to Australian batters and that video went viral. His bowling was exactly like Ravichandran Ashwin and he was flown in from Vadodara. Australia support staff watched his videos on social media and took the decision to use him as a net bowler. However, this young spinner’s name is Mahesh Pithiya. Pithiya made his Ranji Trophy debut in 2022 for Baroda.

He was seen bowling star Australian batter, Steve Smith. Regarding that, the former India cricketer, Wasim Jaffer tweeted: “First Test is five days away and @ashwinravi99 is already inside Aus head #INDvAUS #BorderGavaskar Trophy.” In reply to that, Harbhajan Singh tweeted "This is the main thing they have in their heads," while posting a picture. He claimed that the pitch at the Vidarbha Cricket Association in Nagpur was more on Australia’s mind than Ashwin's. After that, netizens came up and slammed the former Indian off-spinner as they thought that he took a dig at Ravichandran Ashwin.
