Amidst all the frenzy around the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have released the official anthem for this season. The seventh edition of Pakistan's T20 league is expected to be as exciting as the other six editions.
Thus, the much-awaited theme song lives up to the hype. The song is titled ‘Agay Dekh’ and features popular singers Atif Aslam and Aima Baig. It is to be noted that Abdullah Siddiqui has produced the music video, that has managed to instantly impress one and all.
Aagey Dekh, which translates to "look ahead", urges the fans to look beyond victories and defeats, and enjoy the game to its fullest. Thus, the video was shared by the official Twitter page of PSL.

“Pakistani cricket has given us many moments to cherish, and this year’s PSL anthem carries forward the nationwide spirit and culture surrounding it. Pakistan’s biggest sporting event is a festival and a celebration, and the anthem pays tribute to everyone who waits excitedly for this time of year,” said the PCB, as quoted by Geo TV.
“With 'Agay dekh' we have strived to showcase how much we love cricket, as well as capture the attitude, the fierceness and the banter that houses that love,” the cricket board further stated.
The Pakistan T20 league is all set to commence on January 27, with Multan Sultans taking on the Karachi Kings in the tournament opener. It is to be noted that both of them were the finalists of the previous edition in 2021.
