Arjun Tendulkar, a young and promising fast bowler for the Mumbai Indians, attracted the entire world’s attention following a streak of outstanding bowling displays earlier in the competition. The left-arm pacer disclosed being bitten by a dog just one day before his team’s matchup with the Lucknow Super Giants.
Arjun Tendulkar, who took the new ball against the two-time champion Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede last month, made his eagerly awaited IPL debut in the 16th edition of the competition. He failed to take a wicket in that match, but he did display some of his talents by forcing the batters to play run-fest shots with minimal scoring potential.

The brilliant all-rounder, 23, hasn’t played for the team since his appearance on April 25 against the reigning champions. While catching up with his friends Mohsin Khan and Yudhvir Singh, Arjun revealed that he had been bitten by a dog the day before his team’s vital match against the Lucknow Super Giants.
After LSG pacer Yudhvir Singh inquired about his well-being, the left-arm pacer opened up about the incident. In the meantime, Mohsin praised his countryman for making his debut this year. This season, the Mumbai Indians have had trouble with their bowling, and Jofra Archer’s most recent injury worry has made matters worse for the five-time winners.
Considering the sluggish nature of the surface in Lucknow, Mumbai Indians may choose to play with an extra bowler in the forthcoming game and add Arjun to the starting lineup. A win for either team will see them make huge strides towards securing a playoff position in the current IPL season, making it a crucial match for both parties involved. It would be a win-and-qualify scenario for MI, whereas LSG, ranked fourth in the table, desperately needs this win to stay alive in the competition.
