Other than this, women’s involvement in cricket has also increased in other forms as well. The cricket administrative authorities have introduced women officials in the matches of the renowned T20 cricket leagues. For an instance, they were the female umpires who officiated the games of men’s Legends League Cricket.

Apart from all this, the social media section of the Indian cricket Board also includes a few female working staff.

With said that, here we’ll have a look at three female support staff who will be there in the Indian T20 League in either of the roles for the different franchise teams.

"Absolutely not. It’s like having 20 brothers around at all times. Slowly but surely, the transition is happening. I believe that as long as the players and support staff trust your work, gender shouldn’t be an issue as we are all healthcare professionals," said the former support staff member of the Netherlands’ national cricket team.

Prior to the Indian T20 League, Navnita Gautam had also been a part of Toronto Nationals, a team of Global T20 in Canada followed by short tenure with the Basketball team of Indian women.
