Meanwhile, former legendary South African batter AB de Villiers has come up with his prediction for the winner of the eighth edition of the 20-20 World Cup. During an event launch of LMS ISL 2023, de Villiers predicted the Indian team as the winners of this ongoing edition of the 20-20 World Cup.
“India and New Zealand will play the final and I think India will win,” said the former Proteas skipper.

“Everyone is playing well. Suryakumar looks in good form, and Virat looks in good form. Rohit has not had his best run, but he will come to the party when it matters the most.
