On 18 May 2023, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) took on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the ongoing IPL. However, the tournament is on the business end-stage as all teams are looking to seal their places in the top four positions. Only, Gujarat Titans (GT) have qualified while Both SRH and Delhi Capitals (DC) have been knocked out.

Apart from these teams, the remaining teams are still in the race for the playoffs. However, this year, fans have watched matches on JioCinema more than watching on the other broadcaster, Star Sports. Now, a video has gone viral that left fans angry and they started slamming the broadcaster on social media.

Fans were not happy to see bare-body images of cricketers getting used in a pre-match show during IPL 2023
Speaking of the video, actor Vidyut Jammwal was seen in a pre-match show of Star Sports during IPL 2023. It seemed that he went there to promote his recently released ‘IB 71’ movie along with other female star casts. Mayanti Langer was also there as the representative of the show. So, along with Mayanti, a total of four ladies were found playing a ‘Hot or Not’ game as bare-body or shirtless images of cricketers popped up on the screen in the studio. Pictures of Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, and Andre Russell were shown as they shared their views.
They even said whether those cricketers are hot or not based on their bodies. Seeing such an act from those women, fans were not happy and slammed the broadcaster for showing such content. It was quite a shameful act to use such images in a cricket show. They even claimed that if the same game was played by any men, then the result would have gone in another way in society. Speaking of the movie ‘IB 71’, is a movie that revolves around A two-front war between Indian intelligence agencies and the Pakistani establishment.
