Shubman Gill is currently having a great IPL season for Gujarat Titans (GT). He is currently in the second spot in the race for the Orange Cap this year with 722 runs in 15 innings, at an average of 55.53. Now, he will be in action again on 26 May 2023 when GT will take on Mumbai Indians (MI) at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad in qualifier two.

Now, ahead of that clash, a recent interaction of the star batter has gone viral where Gill opened up about the superpowers that he would like to take from some players. He claimed that he would like to take thinking power from MS Dhoni, body language from Virat Kohli, calmness from Rohit Sharma, and confidence from Hardik Pandya.

Seeing that, fans shared their views and trolled Shubman Gill for wishing to take calmness from Rohit Sharma. Fans shared funny memes and tweets that Rohit Sharma does not have the calmness that Gill can gather from him. However, Gill has smashed two centuries so far but in the last game against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Chennai in qualifier one, he had a disappointing outing. Gill scored 42 runs off 38 balls, including four fours and one six. So, fans will hope for a better performance from him in the qualifier two in Ahmedabad.

After hitting his maiden IPL century against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Gill said: “My IPL debut was against SRH, now I've my IPL hundred against them. Quite pleased. It's come a full circle. Hopefully I'll get more hundreds this season. I'm not the kind of person who dwells too much about my last innings. The focus is on what's need at the moment. The most satisfying moment was to hit Abhishek for a six because he is my childhood friend.” After that, he also smashed another century against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the next match.
