Fans noticed this and understood that he took a dig at Babar Azam while praising Azam Khan for his knock. This is not the first time when this journalist has taken a dig at the Pakistan skipper for his batting abilities in the shortest format of the game. Babar has been heavily criticised in recent times for his strike rate in the shortest format of the game.
Speaking about Babar Azam, he has played 99 T20Is so far for the Men in Green. In 94 innings, he has scored 3355 runs, at an average of 41.41 and a strike rate of 127.80. He has managed to score two centuries and 30 fifties so far in this format. Hearing such a comment from the journalist, Pakistan fans slammed him on the social media platform.
