Lucknow Super Giants players, Deepak Hooda and Ravi Bishnoi were captured cuddling after the team close win against Mumbai Indians.

The 63rd game of the ongoing IPL 2023 between LSG and MI turned out to be one of the greatest entertainers. For only the third time in the tournament, a team reached in excess of 130 runs at the Ekana Stadium, Lucknow. In the matches against Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings, the Lucknow Super Giants got to 193/6 and 159/8 respectively. Apart from these games, the majority of the games have seen teams getting to the 130s barely.

Meanwhile, in this game, the home team managed to get 177/3 after losing their first three wickets for just 35 runs. Just like most of the games, the White Kookaburra wasn't coming on to the bat nicely. The ball was gripping on the surface and run scoring was difficult. However, the likes of skipper Krunal Pandya, Marcus Stoinis, and Nicholas Pooran took the team to what seemed like above par total.

Mumbai Indians had a great start but they bottled the game

Despite having scoreboard pressure, the likes of skipper Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan put together 90 runs in just 9.4 overs. The former scored 37 off just 25 balls including three sixes and a four. On the other hand, Kishan continued with his hitting form after being named in India's squad for Test Championship final against Australia next month.

He scored 57 off 39 balls including eight fours and a six. Both got out to Ravi Bishnoi. This became a match-turning point as the likes of Suryakumar Yadav, Nehal Wadhera, and Visnu Vinod failed to get enough runs with the bat. In the end, Tim David tried but the team lost the game by five runs. After the game, an image of Bishnoi sitting with Deepak Hooda has been doing rounds.

Apparently, the latter was sitting in a cuddle pose alongside Hooda. The images suggest that the team was discussing the vital win against the former champions. However, the fans are discussing something different.
