'Har gaye Wasim Bhai Wasim ki wajah se' - Wasim Akram loses cool as Karachi Kings lose yet another last-over thriller in PSL

On Wednesday, Karachi Kings President Wasim Akram lost his cool after his team lost a closely-fought encounter against the Multan Sultans in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Losing nail-biters has become a theme this season of the PSL for the Kings. They have now lost four of their five games in the PSL, with three of these losses coming while chasing and falling narrowly short in the final over.

A record like this would frustrate any fans or members of the management closely associated with the franchise. Something similar was on display from the Karachi Kings President Wasim Akram, watching on from the dugout. Akram had his hands on his head as he kicked the piece of furniture in front of him in anger. A video of the same has been doing rounds on social media, sparking reactions from the fans.

Multan Sultans clinched the thriller by 3 runs

Speaking of the game, the Karachi Kings won the toss and decided to bowl first. Multan Sultans accepted their invitation to bat first with both hands as they put up a highly competitive 196 runs on the board, riding on Mohammad Rizwan's excellent 110 off 64. Shan Masood also scored a half-century as the Sultans lost just two wickets whilst fulfilling their quota of 20 overs. Shoaib Malik and Mohammad Umar returned with one scalp each in a forgettable bowling performance.

In reply, the Kings made a steady start riding on opener James Vince's 75 off 34. Later, captain Imad Wasim's 46 off 26 took Kings close to the target requiring six runs off the last two balls. The kings could only pick up a single in the match's second-last delivery, which meant they'd have to clear the fence off the last ball if they were to win the game. Imad could not do so as Kings only managed to add a couple of runs to the total at the end losing by three runs.

Now he won't bash imad? He used to torture babar for the bad performance of their franchise's main bowler(which babar had no control over) he used to insult him on camera , now his current skipper was there till very last ball he could've win it . Won't he utter anything now?

Another blunder for Wasim… when 6 needed of 2 balls should’ve send Amir Yameen instead Niazi irfan.. Why you send under 19 kid to smash 6 runs straight away… Rather Amir yameen was a better bet… even sending Malik was a bad move when chasing 200 runs
