Sania Mirza spotted watching FIFA World Cup, pens a heartfelt message for parents amidst rumors of separation with Shoaib Malik

The former Indian tennis star was recently spotted watching the semi-finals of the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Former Indian Tennis ace Sania Mirza has attracted eyeballs as the rumors of her separation from her husband Shoaib Malik ignited a few weeks ago. However, Sania decided not to say anything on the matter whereas his partner Shoaib opted to shut the media by calling it a personal matter.

Amidst all rumors and assumptions, the 35-year-old Indian star is having a good time in Qatar, where went to watch the semi-finals of the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2022. Sister Anam Mirza and actresses Shanaya Kapoor and Ananya Pandey were also there with Sania.

Later, the former right-handed tennis sensation took to her official Instagram account to come up with a few photos from her Qatar trip.

“What an amazing atmosphere and experience! Short and very sweet trip to Doha for the FIFA World Cup,” read the caption of the Instagram post uploaded by Sania.

Subsequently, in another post on Instagram, she penned a heartfelt note for her mom and dad, Nasima Mirza and Imran Mirza. Notably, the Mirza couple was celebrating their marriage anniversary. She went on to share a beautiful picture and wished them the occasion.

“Happy Anniversary to our pillars in life. May you have many more Mumma and Baba,” wrote Sania in the caption of her Instagram post.

Earlier, Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza were in the headlines of social media after the rumors of their separation. The former Pakistan cricketer responded to the speculations of the divorce with a clear-cut message.

“It is our personal matter. Neither I nor my wife is answering this question. Leave it alone,” said Shoaib to Economic Times.

“Yes, they are officially divorced now. I can’t disclose more than that but can confirm that they have separated,” read a report from InsideSport.
