Here’s how fans reacted:

Speaking of the incident with Taniya Bhatia, then she came up with two shocking tweets where she questioned the hotel management and the security as well.

“Shocked and disappointed at Marriot Hotel London Maida Vale management; someone walked into my personal room and stole my bag with cash, cards, watches, and jewelry during my recent stay as a part of the Indian Women's Cricket team. @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott. So unsafe” reads the tweet from Bhatia

“Hoping for a quick investigation and resolution of this matter. Such lack of security at @ECB_cricket's preferred hotel partner is astounding. Hope they will take cognizance as well. @Marriott @BCCIWomen @BCCI,” she added later.

Hotel management came up with a reaction to Bhatia’s tweet and informed her they have already initiated an investigation and would also reach her to have a private discussion on the issue.

“Hello again, Taniyaa, The hotel management has already started an investigation and they are contacting you directly to discuss this issue with you in person,” replied the hotel management from their official Twitter handle.
