India failed to continue their dominance on home soil as they suffered a 2-1 ODI series loss at the hand of Australia. The series was tied at 1-1 before the series decider took place in Chennai. But, the Men in Blue lost the match by 21 runs and Australia clinched the series. It was quite hurting for all Indian fans to see them lose a home series.
Now, an image has gone viral where all players and staff of team India were seen together with full smiles in the Chennai dressing room. However, fans did not like the image that much so they raised their voices on the social media platform. They claimed that the players of team India are not even bothered or affected by the series loss.

India will take on Australia on 7 June in the World Test Championship final at Kensington Oval in the United Kingdom
Meanwhile, this was the last series before the beginning of the upcoming edition of the Indian T20 League. The tournament will begin on 31 March 2023. After that, India will be in action again on 7 June when they will take on the Aussies for the World Test Championship final. The final will be played at Kensington Oval in the United Kingdom. Several players like Suryakumar Yadav were found with all smiles despite failures throughout the series.
So, fans were not happy with such an approach from the players. India defeated Australia by a margin of 2-1 in the recently concluded Border-Gavaskar Trophy. While Sri Lanka also suffered a 2-0 loss in the Test series in New Zealand. As a result, India got qualified for the WTC final for the second consecutive year and now, will face the Aussies. India will look to win the Test Championship this time around after losing the last final against the Kiwis.
