'Bolne ke baad ..yeh waala dance bhi kiya kya...' - Fans react as Shikhar Dhawan uses 'Kaho na pyar hai' lyrics while answering on captaincy fear

Indian team under the captaincy of stand-in skipper Shikhar Dhawan is all set to lock horns with the Kiwi team in the first of the three-match ODI series at Eden Park in Auckland. Shikhar Dhawan is once again set to lead the men in blue in the absence of the regular skipper Rohit Sharma.

Shikhar Dhawan was recently in a conversation with ESPNcricinfo where he was asked about the fear of losing leadership and its impact on him as a player. In a response to this question, Dhawan asserted that he was neither ‘afraid’ when he was asked to take responsibility nor had a fear of losing it.

Apart from giving a mainstream answer to the question, the 36-year-old went on to choose a bit witty and humorous way to describe it. Dhawan used the lyrics of the song ‘Kaho Na Pyaar Hai’ from one of the movies of Bollywood star actor Hrithik Roshan.

"Jobs come and go, no worries. Humne khaali haath aana hai, khaali haath hi jaana hai. Yeh sab toh yahin reh jaana hai. To uska merko koi darr nahi. (We come into the world empty-handed and leave empty-handed. All this just remains here. I don't feel any fear about losing the job),” said Dhawan to ESPNCricinfo.

These remarks from the stand-in Indian skipper gave a chance to the fans to come up with various kinds of responses and reactions. They took to Twitter to praise Dhawan and also to have some banter over the same.
