On 16 May, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) took on Mumbai Indians (MI) in the ongoing IPL in Lucknow. However, LSG won the clash by five runs and strengthen their grip in the race for the playoffs. Marcus Stoinis won the Player of the Match award for scoring 89* runs off 47 balls, including four fours and eight sixes.

However, a video from that match has now gone viral where fans were seen chanting ‘Kohli, Kohli’ to Naveen-ul-Haq as the LSG pacer was fielding at the boundary rope. He also reacted by gesturing for the crowd to be louder. Seeing that, fans went crazy and shared their views on social media.

Naveen-ul-Haq failed to take a single wicket against MI
The video seemed to be having a dig at Naveen-ul-Haq after his ugly bust-up with Virat Kohli during the LSG vs RCB clash. Speaking of this LSG pacer, he made a comeback in the playing XI after missing a few matches. But, Naveen had a forgettable outing against MI as he conceded 37 runs in four overs without a single wicket. In the last two overs, MI needed 30 runs and Naveen got the opportunity to bowl the crucial 19th over. But, he got smashed for 19 runs and LSG were in a position to lose the game. However, it was Mohsin Khan’s excellent death bowling that saved LSG and handed a five-run victory over Rohit Sharma and his men.
After the match, LSG skipper, Krunal Pandya was happy and during the post-match presentation, he said: "I was having cramps and I felt like I pulled a muscle. Anything for the team, I have been a team player. Really happy. Mohsin has a really big heart. When you have a big heart you go a long way. He was injured for the last year. He went through a big surgery. But he did well. He has a big heart and the sky is the limit. It has not been easy for us. Though we have played some good cricket, the results haven't been in our favour. Fans have supported us and good to give them a win."
