Mumbai Indians (MI) will be in action against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on 18 April 2023 in the ongoing IPL. SRH will look for their third consecutive win of the season in front of the home side against MI. However, Rohit Sharma and his men are also coming off with two consecutive wins.

Rohit Sharma had a stomach bug against KKR in the last game
Speaking of Rohit Sharma, he had a stomach bug in the last game of MI against KKR. That’s why he missed the playing XI and came up as an impact player during the chase. However, Rohit scored 20 runs off 13 balls, including ne four and two sixes. But, now fans are hoping to see the MI skipper in full action against SRH. Speaking of the match, KKR batted first and scored 185 runs for six wickets in 20 overs. Venkatesh Iyer scored 104 runs off 51 balls, including six fours and nine sixes.
In reply, MI chased down the target in 17.4 overs with five wickets in hand. Speaking of Mumbai Indians’ form so far in IPL 2023, they lost their first two matches. But, Rohit Sharma and his men made solid comebacks in the last two matches by defeating Delhi Capitals (DC) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). So, MI fans will hope that the team can continue their winning momentum against Aiden Markram and his men on 18 April. In the last edition, MI finished at the bottom of the table with just four wins out of 14 games. Rohit had a forgettable season both as a batter and skipper.
