‘Ab toh pakka yeh saala cup nahi’ - Fans react as Rashmika Mandanna reveals RCB as her favourite IPL team ahead of LSG clash in IPL 2023

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will be in action on 1 May 2023 when they will take on Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the ongoing IPL. RCB are currently in the sixth position with eight points in eight games. In the reverse fixture also, LSG defeated them at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.

They are also coming off after a defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at home. So, fans will hope for a better performance in this clash. However, ahead of this clash, now a video has gone viral where the actress, Rashmika Mandanna was seen saying RCB is her favourite IPL team.

Rashmika Mandanna picked Virat Kohli as her best IPL player

She said that her admiration for RCB came ass she is from Bengaluru, Karnataka. Speaking about this upcoming clash against LSG, this match is going to be crucial for them in terms of the season. In the last three matches, Virat Kohli captained the side as Faf du Plessis got a rib injury. RCB won two matches while losing the last one. However, after the loss against KKR, Kohli was not happy and shared his views during the post-match presentation. 

Kohli said: “To be honest we handed over the game to them. We deserved to lose. We weren't professional enough. We bowled well but fielding was not up to standard. This was a freebie handed over to them. In the field, we dropped two chances, that cost us 25-30 runs. When batting, we set us ourselves up very well, but then four-five soft dismissals. Not wicket-taking balls but we hit straight to the fielders. Even while chasing, after losing wickets, one partnership brought us back in the game. We were one partnership short. We need to stay switched on, and not give away soft plays.” However, in this viral video, Rashmika Mandanna also claimed Virat Kohli as her best IPL player for his swag.
