Virat Kohli is currently on vacation after playing both the Test and ODI series in West Indies recently. Now, he will be in action again in the upcoming Asia Cup, starting on 30 August. But, on 18 August 2023, he completed his 15 years of International cricket and regarding that, fans went crazy on social media.
Kohli made his debut for the Men in Blue on 18 August 2008 against Sri Lanka in an ODI match at Dambulla. His T20I debut came against Zimbabwe at Harare in 2010 while his Test debut came against the Windies at Kingston in 2011. After so many years, he has now become a batting icon and a modern-day great all around the globe.

Speaking of his career, Kohli has played 501 matches so far in all three formats for India. In 509 innings, he has scored 25582 runs, at an average of 53.63. He has 76 centuries and 131 fifties to his name. Among those 501 matches, he has played 111 Tests where Kohli has notched up 8676 runs in 187 innings, at an average of 49.29, including 29 centuries and 29 fifties. Virat Kohli has played 275 ODIs and in 265 innings, he has scored 12898 runs, at an average of 57.32, including 46 centuries and 65 fifties. In the shortest format of the game, Kohli has played 115 T20Is and in 107 innings, he has scored 4008 runs, at an average of 52.73, including 37 fifties and one century.
