The first ever time the WWE Elimination Chamber match took place was during the 2002 Survivor Series event. Shawn Michael had won the match to grab his first-ever World Heavyweight Title. That was also the final time he held a single’s title in WWE four years after his comeback from retirement.

Which are the matches headlining the event?

The first match is set to witness the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) defend their tag titles against Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. Finn Balor and Damian Priest will then take on Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne for the Men’s Tag titles.

The Women’s elimination chamber will feature six competitors – Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Naomi, Tiffany Stratton, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodrigues.

Local favourite Rhea Ripley will take on Nia Jax for the Women’s title. The main event will witness Drew McIntyre, LA Knight, Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens, and Logan Paul inside the chamber.

Who are the favourites to win their matches?

Kabuki Warriors and the Judgment Day are favourites to retain their titles on Saturday. The Women’s Chamber match could see Becky Lynch come out as a strong contender to win the match. Bianca Belair and Raquel Rodrigues cannot be ruled out at this moment as well.

Rhea Ripley is a huge favourite to beat Nia Jax and head to WWE WrestleMania as the champion. In the main event it is Drew McIntyre who is the hot favourite to win the Men’s chamber match and take on Seth Rollins. The Scottish wrestler has picked up momentum in the last few months and has become a huge favourite to headline WrestleMania.
