India need another aggressive start from Rohit in summit clash

Talking about Team India's 2023 World Cup campaign, the home team entered the finals after a comprehensive win over New Zealand. The Men in Blue registered their 10th straight win in the tournament and will now aim for one more on November 19. They will face five-time champions Australia in the summit clash at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Rohit is having a tremendous outing both as a batter and captain. His aggressive start gives the team a solid foundation by putting pressure on the opposition. It also allows the rest of the batters to play their natural game. The veteran opener is currently fifth in the list of leading run scorers with 550 runs at an average of 55.00 and a strike rate of 124.15. He has hit one century and 3 half-centuries. It is imperative for the team to get a powerful start from their skipper in the finals as well.
