Whenever on the field, you always see him giving 100 percent. Messi is known for his fearless attitude and his ability to win a game in dire situations. However, not many would have expected to play with the same spirit against his own sons.

A video has been surfacing on the internet where Messi could be seen playing football with his kids. Messi and his youngest son, Ciro were on the same team and the duo were up against the other two sons, namely Thiago and Matteo.

His kids despite being so young, Messi showed no mercy and didn’t let them win easily. Thiago and Matteo tried to score a goal but the Argentine footballer didn’t let them score one. Messi’s wife, perhaps, wasn’t too pleased with his husband’s attitude as she wanted Messi to let kids win.

Lionel Messi’s wife, Antonella shared the video on her Instagram story and wrote, “Deja ganar a los nenes (Let the kids win),”

For the unversed, Lionel Messi is currently plying his trade for Paris Saint-German, a professional football club based in Paris, France. He recently netted a goal in the PSG’s 5-1 win over Lorient on Sunday. Messi scored a goal in the 73rd minute in the match. It was the final goal scored by the team, while the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar scored two each.

After the match, Mbappe, stated that he is enjoying his time playing with Messi.

“I said on French television that I had not made my decision. I am calm. I’m finishing my season, and I’m good in my head. We’ll see what will happen. (…) I play with Messi, I have a lot of fun playing with him, and we will see later,” said Mbappe as quoted by Le Parisien.
