While Manchester City has been one of the best English clubs in the recent past, their fans have had a habit of grabbing the headlines on numerous occasions. A video is going viral on social media where fan can be seen pressing the press. The incident happened during the club’s FA Cup encounter against Swindon Town on Friday. In the video, a spectator casually walked up near the pitch. He then stood near one of the members of the press, and "pressed" his jacket. Ironically, he "pressed" exactly where the initials press were written. While the person turned back and looked towards him in disarray, the fan explained to him what he had just done.

While chuckling, the fan explained to the member that he was simply pressing the press as “It says press.” Thus, the video went viral in no time. Several fans laughed over the creative joke. However, in the meanwhile, the Manchester-based side had a game to remember.

Despite being hit with COVID-19 and not having their manager Pep Guardiola, the Premier League front-runners registered a comfortable 4-1 win in this encounter. After scoring a goal and setting up another, the 19-year-old Cole Palmer had a superb outing.

"He is a great player who is still developing quite a lot, but there is a lot of talent there. Hopefully, very soon he can play more games with us like Phil Foden a couple of years ago. They are completely different players. Phil Foden has had more opportunities and he is established. Cole has the talent and ingredients,” said City’s assistant manager Rodolfo Borrell, while speaking to ITV Sport.
