India and Pakistan will kick off their T20 International Cup campaign on October 24 in Dubai. The match, often referred to as the mother of all battles, is one of the most anticipated games of the tournament. The fans from both sides are emotionally connected to the game which adds to the excitement of the contest.
Unfortunately for Pakistan fans, they have not tasted a lot of success against India in world events, having lost all their 12 games. The team though will be aiming to end the losing streak in the upcoming event. Ahead of the iconic battle, former India spinner Harbhajan Singh took a dig at former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar.
While speaking at the launch of the 'Mauka Mauka' promotional campaign, Harbhajan said he has told Akhtar that Pakistan have no chance of winning against India, adding that the Men in Green should give a walkover to India to save themselves from another heartbreak.
"I have told Shoaib Akhtar that what is the point of playing against us? You should just give us a walkover," Harbhajan told Star Sports in a video shared by the broadcaster on social media.
"You will play against us, lose again and get disappointed. What's the point? Shoaib Akhtar, there's no chance. We have a very solid team, very strong team. It will blow your team away," added Harbhajan.
#MaukaMauka milte hi, @harbhajan_singh had a special message ahead of #INDvPAK! 😉

The ad campaign was first launched ahead of the 2015 50-Over Cup and became an instant hit. Looking at the popularity of the ad, the national broadcaster continued the trend of releasing a new version ahead of every India-Pakistan game. The ad trolls Pakistan for their miserable record against India in world events.
Meanwhile, Pakistan will go into the International T20 Cup having last played against West Indies. Their recent series against New Zealand and England were cancelled after the visitors pulled out of the tour citing security issues. They will only have a couple of warm-up games against the West Indies and South Africa to fix their jigsaw before the iconic battle with India.
