‘Ye chomu nandan hai kaun?’ - Former Pakistan batter claims ‘Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii was inspired by his real-life story

India and Pakistan have been two fierce rivals in the world of cricket over the years. Many great players have played for these two countries. However, a former player from the Men in Green, Hasan Raza shared a unique statement. He said that a Bollywood movie named ‘Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii’ was inspired by his real-life story.

Hasan Raza said: "Bollywood movie Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii was inspired by my real-life story". Speaking of the movie, the story revolved around an orphan boy whose dream was to find a family and fame as a cricketer. He found a bat with magical powers and ultimately, he ended up in team India.

Listening to such a statement from a former Pakistani cricketer, fans went crazy and shared some funny tweets on the social media platform. However, many fans were left surprised that who this Hasan Raza was. Speaking about his international career, Raza played seven Tests and scored 235 runs in 10 innings. He smashed two fifties in the longest format of the game. Apart from that, he played 16 ODIs where he scored 242 runs in 13 innings. Raza smashed one fifty-plus score in the 50-over format. He made his debut in 1996 and played his last International match in 2005.

Apart from it, the former Pakistani batter also came up with more surprising statements. Raza said that Indian players are associated with match-fixing allegations for a long time. He said: "Many Indian players did match-fixing, Indian T20 League had match-fixing cases as well and their players were caught too. India has always been involved in match-fixing, they have a history of it." He even opened up about the rise of current Pakistan skipper Babar Azam. He said: “Babar Azam was a ball-picker, tournament organisers did not allow him to even play Ramadan Cricket in Karachi and now he is a legend, he is world-class and the world acknowledges his class".
