Other than cricket, Kaviya Maran has also been involved with Sun Music and the FM channels of the network. It is to be noted that she has been trending for a really long time, as she has been spotted at the stadium several times cheering for her team.

In the meanwhile, Hyderabad's spin-bowling coach Muttiah Muralitharan recently went on to speak on their decision to buy Nicholas Pooran for a whopping amount of INR 10.75 crore. While speaking to Sportskeeda, he said that they initially wanted to buy Ishan Kishan. However, the legendary spinner did believe that Pooran would do good for them.

"As I said, we initially wanted to buy Kishan. But once his bid crossed our budget, we were forced to look for alternatives. Yes, Bairstow was available, but we had doubts on whether he would be available for the entire season. We wanted an international wicketkeeper who would be available for all the games, so we thought Pooran was the right choice once Kishan slipped away," said Muttiah Muralitharan.

" We believe that he’ll do well for us. And the fact that he was sold for such a high price proves that many other franchises desperately wanted him in their squads. Surely, we’re not the only ones ," he added.
