What comes to your mind when you hear the word helicopter shot? MS Dhoni – right? It is one of the most difficult shots to execute on a cricket field. Not every batsman can play this high-risk shot but a couple of Afghan players seem to have mastered it. Opener Mohammad Shahzad and ace spinner Rashid Khan have pulled off the shot on many occasions. Rashid once again tried playing the shot but this time it was not on a cricket field but on a roof top and with a golf stick.

The leg spinner posted a video on his Instagram account where he was seen emulating the helicopter shot. The 22-year-old asked whether anyone else had tried the helicopter shot while playing golf.

Several cricketers including former England player Kevin Pietersen reacted to his video. Pietersen asked Rashid Khan to try switch hit next time. England cricketer Danielle Wyatt also commented with three laughing emojis.
