Ahead of the game between Rajasthan and Bangalore, Rajasthan have come up a hilarious strategy to stop the in-form Dinesh Karthik. Karthik is going through a dream run with the bat, having already scored 210 runs in eight games at an average 105 and a strike rate of over 200. He has been dismissed only twice in the tournament. In many games, he single handedly put Bangalore in a position of strength from a doomed situation.
In the last encounter between the two teams in the ongoing Indian T20 League 2022, the right-hander scored 44 not out to help the team win the game from a hopeless situation. Notably, the inaugural Indian T20 League winners haven't been able to beat Bangalore since 2019. In 2019, the then Ajinkya Rahane-led side beat the Bangalore by seven wickets in Jaipur.
Since then, both teams have faced each other six times, with Bangalore winning five times and one game ending in a no-result. Meanwhile, ahead of the game between the two teams on April 26, the Rajasthan franchise came up with a hilarious strategy to stop Dinesh Karthik. The social media handle of the franchise posted a map and asked Dinesh Karthik to reach Pune via different route.

Hey @DineshKarthik, seems like there's heavy traffic on the Mumbai-Pune express highway, here's a shorter route: pic.twitter.com/SjsZzZ1v0h

Talking about the team performances, the Men In Pink and Blue have won five and lost two in the season so far. Their opening batter Jos Buttler is in magnificent form with the bat, amassing 491 runs in seven games, including three hundreds so far. He is coming off two back-to-back hundreds. Buttler also holds the Orange Cap. Interestingly, Rajasthan's Yuzvendra Chahal has the Purple Cap. Meanwhile, Bangalore have also enjoyed a decent season, with five wins in eight games.

Hey @DineshKarthik, dont worry, I travel daily between Mumbai and Pune by trains, if there is traffic by road, I would make sure you reach the stadium on time and that too in a disguised manner. Today just smash RR bowlers out of the park. 😏
