Punjab have been topsy-turvy in the Indian T20 league 2022 so far. They have won five out of their 11 games, and are currently placed eighth on the points table. They will need to win their remaining three games to stake a chance to make it to the playoffs.

Thus, the Mayank Agarwal-led side are going to be under a lot of pressure for the next few weeks. However, this hasn't stopped them from having fun, as well as entertaining the fans. Punjab's official Twitter account shared a light-hearted video. In this video, a few of their players were seen delivering some iconic dialogues from Bollywood movies.

The likes of Benny Howell, Nathan Ellis, Odean Smith and Kagiso Rabada were seen trying to mimic some really popular dialogues. It was the English all-rounder who first tried to deliver a Bollywood dialogue. He attempted to deliver the iconic "Bade bade deshon mein aise chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hain, Senorita," dialogue from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge (1995).

It is to be noted that this film featured the famous superstar Shah Rukh Khan. After which, Ellis imitated another dialogue of Shah Rukh Khan. He said the dialogue "Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost," from the movie Om Shanti Om (2007). In what turned out to be a hilarious moment, the Aussie pacer confused the actor with the cricketer Shahrukh Khan. It was Odean Smith who then tried his luck in nailing a dialogue. He was asked to deliver the iconic "Tareek pe tareek, tareek pe tareek, tareek pe tareek," of Sunny Deol from the movie Damini (1993).

Punjab's star pacer Kagiso Rabada then tried his luck in nailing a Bollywood dialogue. However, he didn't really have a great start to his attempt as he wasn't even aware of the Bollywood star Salman Khan. Nevertheless, the Proteas pacer mimicked Salman's popular dialogue from the movie Wanted (2009) "Ek baar jo maine commitment kar di fir mai apne baap ki bhi nahi sunta," said Rabada. However, he failed to complete the entire dialogue.

Fans loved this video and thus, it instantly went viral. Several people appreciated the attempt made by the players to mimic the Hindi dialogues. As for Punjab's next game, they are set to face Bangalore on May 13.
