Recently, Dhoni was seen shooting for an upcoming advertisement where he brought up different cricketing shots.

In the meanwhile, the two-time World Cup-winning captain recently revealed the first look of him as Atharva from his upcoming graphic novel titled 'Atharva: The Origin'. This series is written by Ramesh Thamilmani and is produced by Vincent Adaikalaraj and Ashok Manor. The first look featured Dhoni in an animated avatar, fighting demon-like creatures.

“Happy to announce my new Avatar..Atharva,” MS Dhoni shared the first look from the series on Facebook. The first look instantly went viral, and several fans loved Dhoni in a totally new avatar. His fans began to share it across their accounts as well. This graphic novel will be available on Amazon.

In the meanwhile, the Chennai captain recently reached Chennai to discuss the auction strategies of the franchise. The defending champions have retained Dhoni, Moeen Ali, Ravindra Jadeja and Ruturaj Gaikwad. The mega auction is all set to take place on February 12 and 13.
