Watch: James Neesham, Riyan Parag pull off a hilarious prank on Trent boult

Unlike the previous season, Rajasthan have had a pretty good run in the ongoing edition of the Indian T20 League 2022. They managed to compile a pretty solid squad at the Mega Auction. Sanju Samson and Co. have played formidable cricket this season but their recent results haven’t gone their way.

In their last four matches, Rajasthan have only managed to win one game. Currently, they are sitting at number three on the points table. They have 7 wins in 12 matches and one more win can seal their spot for the playoffs.

The players, though, have kept their spirits high by keeping a positive environment off the field. Rajasthan Royals often upload videos where the players could be seen having fun in some way or the other.

In a recent video uploaded by the franchise, the likes of James Neesham, Daryl Mitchell, and Riyan Parag could be seen pulling off a prank on New Zealand seamer Trent Boult.

In the video, Trent Boult was seen giving an interview to a Rajasthan’s social media person. He was asked some weird questions which took some time for even Boult to answer.

In the video, the interviewer asked Boult if he was wearing Daryl Mitchell’s T-shirt as it looked so big on him. It left Boult laughing in embarrassment. Later, they made him do the celebration he did after picking a wicket in an Indian T20 League game this season.

Boult were made to answer a lot of questions in the video, which left him clueless. But, only later did he realize that it was a prank and it was actually Parag, Mitchell, and Neesham, who were pulling the strings from their room.

Watching Boult answer those questions and doing a video celebration, his allies burst into laughter in the other room.

“Guys, I’m very busy and you’re playing stupid games on me. Thank you very much. Thank You. You’re gonna get it. See I’m too smart for you,” Boult said after he realized that it was a prank.

Trent Boult has had a decent run in the ongoing edition of the Indian T20 League. In 11 matches, he has managed to pick 10 wickets at an economy of 8.33.
