The ODI World Cup 2023 is not so far as the tournament is set to kick off on October 5. The grand tournament will be entirely hosted by India for the very first time. The wait for the announcement of the schedule is also over for the fans. India will start their campaign against Australia in Chennai on October 8.

Meanwhile, the Apex Cricket Body launched the 2023 ODI World Cup trophy on a stratospheric scale, one lakh 20 thousand feet above the earth before making a spectacular landing at the world's largest cricket stadium in Ahmedabad. The trophy was attached to a bespoke stratospheric balloon, giving fans in various countries a chance to connect with the trophy.

The Indian Cricket Board secretary Jai Shah also talked about the same and said the game of cricket unites India like no other sport. And the Trophy Tour will be a great opportunity for all the fans to become a part of the event from wherever they are.

Meanwhile, the much-awaited announcement of the match between the arch-rivals India and Pakistan has also been made. Both will face off on October 15 at the biggest cricket stadium in the World, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
