Team India are currently busy preparing for the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. The series will kick off on 9 February 2023 in Nagpur. The Men in Blue have already reached there and started practicing. Shubman Gill is a part of that squad and he might get an opportunity in the playing XI of the first Test.

Gill has enjoyed great few months with the bat across all three formats. He scored his maiden Test and T20I ton against Bangladesh and New Zealand respectively. He also scored a double century in the 50-over format. So, fans have gone crazy after seeing such blistering form from this star batter.

Shubman Gill has now scored centuries in all three formats for team India

In the last match of the three-match T20I series against the Kiwis, Gill scored 126* runs off 63 balls in Ahmedabad. Meanwhile, during that match, a female fan of Gill went viral as she showed a placard to propose to Shubman. The placard read: 'Tinder Shubman se Match Kara Do'. After that, the images and videos went viral and that girl also made headlines. Tinder is a dating app where people find suitable people to meet each other. Now, that company put up hoardings from different parts of Nagpur City that feature that girl holding a placard. The hoardings wrote, "Poora Nagpur bol raha hai, @ShubmanGill ab toh dekh le."

Now, the team India pacer, Umesh Yadav shared images of those hoardings on Twitter with the same caption: “Poora Nagpur bol raha hai, @ShubmanGill ab toh dekh le.” Shubman Gill will look to make full use of his rich-vein form in the upcoming home Test series against the Aussies. However, some fans did not like the tweet from Umesh Yadav as they requested him to let Shubman concentrate on his cricket only. However, Umesh Yadav is also a part of the Australia series and he had a good Test series in Bangladesh. He took seven wickets in two Tests in Bangladesh.
