Senior Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar is receiving an end of criticism from the cricket experts and fans as well after his third consecutive failure in the death overs. After failing two times in the Asia Cup 2022, skipper Rohit Sharma opted once again to go with the senior pacer in the first of the three-match T20I series against Australia.
The Meerut-born happened to leak 16 runs in a crucial 19th over of the match against Australia. Just after another failure in the death overs, fans took to Twitter in no time and started trolling the speedster in their own unique ways.
An Indian actor and comedian Satish Ray also joined the list and posted a video on the social media platform Twitter. In the video, Ray can be heard ranting in a satirical tone against Bhuvneshwar.
Australia required 18 runs in the last two overs, but by conceding 16 runs in the penultimate over of the match and eventually, the Aussies crossed the line in 19.2 overs to win the match by four wickets and gain the lead of 1-0 in the series.
The 32-year-old delivered four wides rather than conceding the boundaries with the shots from the bat. The same was the plot of the rant done by Satish Ray.

“If Bhuvi doesn’t want to play, why are you playing him? He is your main bowler and is bowling five wides in an over. The opposition batters are kind enough to hurl their bat at it to make it a legal delivery,” said Satish Ray in the video he uploaded on Twitter.
Later on, he also said Bhuvi looks like he has reached the point of Salvation as he never reacts in any situation whether on taking a wicket or conceding the runs.
“He wants to make the opposition win single-handedly. He is not bothered about victories and defeats and doesn’t celebrate after taking a wicket, nor does he feel any remorse after leaking runs. What kind of a player is he who has attained salvation.”
“Usko tum jabardasti khila rahe ho. Aisa lagta hai vo retire hona chah raha hai and phir bhi tum khila rahe ho (You are playing him forcefully. It seems he wants to retire and still you are playing him),” he added later.
